DEFINITION OF SCAM

There are many kinds of scam on Internet. This is somewhat subjective. But for the purpose of our work, we'll define it as obtaining money by means of deception including fake personalities, fake photos, fake template letters, non-existent addresses and phone numbers, forged documents. Specifically we are concerned about those people (men and women) who make this their practice, who are in the business of scamming men. Professional scammers are young hackers and programmers who hire girls just to get Western Union transfers through them.
There are many other types of deception that won't qualify a woman to be accused as a scammer. Unfortunately people lie to each other, women are just as often the victim of this as men. For example you if you find out that a woman you're writing to has a boyfriend she didn't tell you about in her own country, or is corresponding secretly with someone else - she will not be added to our blacklist. Everybody has the right for his/her own private life.

Inilah beberapa jawaban tentang apa scam itu yang saya kumpulkan lewat yahoo answer

1.Sebenarnya aku belum tahu arti denotatif dari kata scam ini, dan kebetulan baru saja baca sesuatu yang ada hubungannya dengan scam ini (karena ada email yang nongol di adress-q yang katanya merupakan scam), jadi sebisanya aku share information. Nah, ceritanya gini, aku dapat e-mail yang isinya kurang lebih ingin memberitahukan aku kalo aku dapat hadiah jutaan poundsterling dari hasil menang lottere yang belum pernah aku ikutin dan asalnya dari Ireland. Setelah aku cek di Ireland yahoo Answers, para anggotanya bilang e-mail yng aku terima itu adalah scam, jadi harus hati2.
so dapat disimpulkan kalo scam itu semacam bullshit message, pesan omong kosong yang betul2 bisa menjerumuskan kita kalo kita ga aware. sekali kita buka email itu, kita bakal baca, merasa tertarik, menghubungi link dan mail adress yang diberikan, maka kita bakal dibombardir terus. Kalo setelah kita menghubungi pengirim e-mail ini, kita diminta mengirimkan uang sebagai ongkos transfer hadiah kemenangan kita, maka waspadalah...itu bakal kuras kantong kita (katanya ada seorang wanita luar negeri yang ngabisin 10.000 US dollar buat bayar ongkos transfer hadiah yang dia dapat, padahal dia diboongin). Selain itu kalo kita sudah terlanjur memberikan referensi bank kita, sebaiknya segera ingatkan bank kita bahwa mungkin saja e-mail yang kita terima itu scam. Atau kalo kita sudah memberikan informasi peibadi kita, berarti kita sudah kecolongan, memberikan private data kita, mungkin saja ini bakal dipakai untuk ngirimin pesan scam lain ke mail address kita. 2.Scam bisa dikatagorikan penipuan.
Yang umumnya berkedok berupa hadiah uang, maupun investasi.

Cara kerjanya
mereka menawarkan jika anda menginvestasikan 20.000
maka ketika anda mengajak 4 orang untuk berinvestasi, anda akan memperoleh penghasilan 4x10.000=40.000 (berarti anda sudah untung 20.000 pada tenggang waktu tertentu, misalnya saja 1 minggu)
bagaimana minggu ke dua, anda akan memperoleh untung 4x4x10.000=160.000) dan seterusnya hingga sampai waktu tertentu setelah menelan banyak korban maka akan raib alias hilang (pihak penyelenggarannya)
Semacam arisan berantai, yang berujung pada banyaknya korban yang tertipu

3.yang namanya scam adalah site affiliate yang ga bayar para anggotanya. apapun sistemnya asal dia bayar member itu namanya valid bukan scam.
banyak orang suka seenaknya memvonis suatu situs sebagai scam tanpa selidik lebih lanjut. program berantai seperti itu juga banyak yang bagus. malah kalao dipikir pikir pada dasarnya setiap transaksi offline maupun online sistemnya hampir semuanya seperti itu. basicnya modal, jaringan dan distribusi. so klo mo tau tuh situs scam ato bukan cara yang paling ampuh adalah cari info tentang bukti pembayaran. dan jangan seenaknya ngecap scam cuma gara-gara situ ga dibayar. bisa jadi situ ga baca TOS(Term OF Service)nya dan tanpa sengaja melanggar. klo apa-apa dicap scam kasian orang yang pada usaha nyari-nyari receh via internet.
tau adsense kan? banyak lho yang g dibayar dengan alasan tertentu seperti invalid klick atau dicurigai cheat.
tapi bukan berarti adsense scam.
